fake product + poor response from support team

i bought this few days back, and i received something like a chemical, as soon as i open the bottles the whole product is disappeared dramatically.
Shared pictures and videos on their WA number. no use.

No one is answering or taking any responsibility of it.

i am going file a legal complaint against this brand, as this product seems like poison insides, smells so bad. how could someone ignore this kinda complaint.
